Our name is deeply connected to this year's theme. For just as a spring begins as a hidden whisper beneath the earth—unseen, unnoticed, yet gathering strength—so too do our small deeds emerge from the depths of sincere intention. Most importantly, those small deeds are built from consistency, which is derived from maintaining sabr. Through it all, those deeds find their way forward, flowing, nourishing, and shaping everything they touch.
